If so, our Host Homes Program may be an answer.

What is a Host Home?

A Host Home offers you a private, dedicated space in a welcoming home in our community so that you can plan and prepare for what comes next.

A Host is an affirming adult who will provide you with stability and support, helping you access the supports and resources needed to pursue your education, employment, or independent living.

 

The Host Homes Program focuses on providing you with:

1. Safe and supportive housing in the Philadelphia community

2. Access to community-based resources

3. Ongoing support from a Peer Specialist to offer guidance, answer questions, and help you plan your next steps.

 

you’ll also receive:

A monthly food stipend and unlimited SEPTA pass
A welcome kit including personal care items
Health, education, employment, and life skills resources
Opportunities for community engagement

And…a start to a new phase of your life.
